What is Folded Things?

A garnish is the last thing on a drink and the first thing anyone sees. Each of the twenty here is drawn in four steps (the hands, the tool, the size), then shown on its drink. Every step uses a peeler, a paring knife or a pick, and was checked to be doable as written.

  • Sorted by color. The drinks run clear to brown, from a Dry Martini to a Mint Julep, so you can pick a garnish by the color in your glass.
  • Pour guides. Each drink has a code that opens its pour guide, so you get the right ratios.
  • Made for the bar. It lies flat while your hands are full of lemon.
